  • Meeting regularly with senior staff to discuss how to navigate complicated operational issues, and think at a high level about organizational structure and change management.

  • Working with junior staff on day-to-day challenges in their roles, process improvement, and career development.

• We conduct research and evaluation for nonprofits, working with them by:

  • Researching potential ways to achieve operationally complex program goals.

  • Helping organizations understand the bottlenecks to their ambitions.

  • Evaluating organizational strategies and impact.
