Consulting and advising.

What we do

  • We consult on operational hurdles, helping organizations develop and implement plans to tackle challenges such as:

    • Establishing subsidiaries and internationalization.

    • Implementing major infrastructure projects such as finance platform migrations and project management programs.

    • Developing and implementing major organizational growth plans.

    • Implementing performance management policies and procedures.

    • Establishing new, operationally complicated programs.

  • We advise COOs and CEOs on operations and growth, helping them carry out their roles more effectively, including by:

    • Meeting regularly with senior staff to discuss how to navigate complicated operational issues, and think at a high level about organizational structure and change management.

    • Working with junior staff on day-to-day challenges in their roles, process improvement, and career development.

  • We conduct research and evaluation for nonprofits, working with them by:

    • Researching potential ways to achieve operationally complex program goals.

    • Helping organizations understand the bottlenecks to their ambitions.

    • Evaluating organizational strategies and impact.
