About.

Good Structures is managed by Abraham Rowe.

In 2016, I co-founded and ran a science-focused nonprofit. I found myself spending way too much time dealing with compliance paperwork, finance, and HR, and not enough time actually focused on our core work. And when I tried to find providers to help take on these tasks, I was consistently disappointed with the services I found.

Later, as the COO of a major think tank managing several operations teams, I consistently encountered the same problems: the service providers we found were unreliable, and when we needed support quickly, it took months to get new staff or contractors onboarded.

I started Good Structures to provide an antidote to these problems. We offer operations services and consulting that are high-quality, responsive to organizational needs, and actually able to help founders, executives, and staff focus on their charitable work instead of getting bogged down in operational issues.

We are a small firm by design to protect the quality of our services. We can help you tackle everything from major operations challenges to day-to-day services when you need absolute confidence the work will be completed well.
